I'm a licensed Real Estate Broker in the province of Ontario (Canada), certified by the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). I've been working with different types of real estate in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions, helping the local and foreign buyers find and purchase the most suitable for them properties. I also offer unique services such as developing a retirement strategy, including relocating overseas and purchasing properties in other countries.
I'm a Member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA), and the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA). I've been working at Century 21 since 2007, and during this time I received many prestigious awards such as Masters Diamond Award (2012, 2013 and 2017), Masters Emerald Award (2010 and 2011), Masters Ruby Award (2009), and multiple Pacesetter Gold Awards.
I have a Master's Degree in Economics and more than 25 years of business experience in Canada. I also have extensive experience in working with legal documents, participating in advertising and marketing activities, and managing workflows. As a result, I am able to provide expert services in many fields, beyond simply buying and selling real estate. This includes such topics as strategic investment planning, market analysis, financing, providing support on every step of transactions and beyond, and many other issues that are involved in buying and selling real estate. I specialize in complicated transactions, including purchasing mansions, high-end and elite properties, as well as investment projects such as resorts, wineries, golf courses, and so on.
I write reviews and analysis on a regular basis, covering topics such as real estate in Canada and abroad, immigration, education, and the economy. My articles have been re-printed and re-published by many Internet media outlets.
In addition to writing articles and reviews, I give interviews to Canadian media, including well-known publications like Bloomberg Financial, CBC, Canadian Real Estate Wealth, and others. In November 2012, the Canadian magazine "Toronto Life" published a long article that was based on an interview with me about investment in Canadian real estate by foreign buyers.
In 2020 I participated in preparation of the course "Small Hotel Management" intended for those who plan to buy and run a hospitality business such as BnB, small hotel, resort, campground and so on.
As someone who tries to excel in everything she does and who has the right background and experience, I believe this makes me a great asset to my clients.
